Ovation Terms of Service

1. Service

Ovation creates derived reports from available public comments and replies on supported sources. Reports can include an explainable Narrative Score, confidence, coverage, themes, risks, recommendations, comparisons, meaningful-change alerts, and Action Log entries.

Ovation is decision support, not professional advice, a complete audience census, or a promise of business results.

2. Source authorization

You must own or be authorized to manage every saved creator profile and public post. Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube are public-source inputs. X uses revocable read-only authorization. You may not use Ovation for competitors, brands, topics, campaigns, private posts, private messages, or information outside the approved source boundary.

YouTube public-comment analysis is available only when the provider-approval gate is active. The Service does not request creator-account access for YouTube.

3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Each paid plan covers one owned or managed creator identity. Ovation is $49 USD monthly or $490 USD annually for four scans each month, up to 1,000 audience comments per scan, and 4,000 comments total. Ovation Pro is $149 USD monthly or $1,490 USD annually for eight scans each month, up to 2,000 comments per scan, and 16,000 comments total. Ovation Artist is $399 USD monthly or $3,990 USD annually for 12 scans each month, up to 5,000 comments per scan, and 50,000 comments total; Artist is a private beta and availability may be limited.

A scan is one report run. Annual plans are charged yearly but receive the stated scan and audience-comment allowance each month; unused allowance does not roll over. Annual subscriptions renew yearly unless canceled before renewal. A seven-day Artist release watch uses the same monthly scan and comment allowance.

Stripe hosts payment collection. Eligible annual Stripe Checkout sessions may offer USDC; Stripe presents the available payment options before payment is made. Swaynexa does not accept manual wallet transfers.

You can manage or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Refund handling follows the Refund Policy.

4. Email, SMS, and web delivery

Ovation stores each report in the authenticated web application. If enabled, email delivers a formatted decision brief and SMS delivers a short plain-text summary with a secure link to the exact web report. SMS does not contain HTML or raw audience comments.

SMS is optional. By verifying a number and checking the SMS consent control, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated transactional report and meaningful-change messages from Ovation at the number provided. Message frequency varies with your schedule and settings and is limited to completed scans available on your plan, excluding verification and required service messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing Ovation because reports remain available by email and on the web.

Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. You can also disable either SMS category or remove the number in account settings. A later START message does not silently restore report categories; you must confirm the desired settings in Ovation.

5. Accuracy and availability limits

Public source coverage can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Rolling seven-day windows can overlap. Ovation withholds movement when reports are not comparable. Scores, classifications, alerts, and comparisons are directional estimates and do not establish causation.

You are responsible for reviewing evidence and exercising judgment before acting. The Service may pause collection, automation, email, or SMS when billing, provider access, quota, abuse, security, delivery, or compliance requirements are not satisfied.

6. Data, deletion, and ending service

Ovation does not save raw comments in report history. Saved derived reports and Action Log context remain until deleted under the Privacy Notice. You can delete individual reports, export available account data, disconnect X, or request account deletion.
